Dmitry Gudkov

State Duma deputy (2011-2016), where he was known for his speeches against the annexation of Crimea, the “Anti-Magnitsky Law,” and other such activities. Member of the Opposition Coordination Council (2012), one of the leaders of the 2011-2012 protests. Since 2021, he has been in forced exile. Co-founder of the Anti-War Committee of Russia (2022) and the CASE Center for Expert Analysis (2023).
