Vladislav Inozemtsev

A distinguished economist, former professor at leading Russian universities (HSE, MGIMO), and head of the Scientific Advisory Board of the journal “Russia in Global Affairs.” From 2012 to 2014, he was a visiting fellow at the IWM Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna, Austria. He has published hundreds of papers in the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and Russia. He has never been affiliated with the Russian government or any other foreign government and has never held any elected office.
